Steps to Follow When Cleaning Out Your Vehicle for Spring!
- Go through the different compartments in all the different parts of the vehicle and discard any garbage that may have been left there. This is also a good time to get rid of clutter or unwanted items that may have just been stashed.
- Vacuum and wipe down everything on the inside. Dirt, dust and who knows what else is bound to accumulate inside your vehicle. Vacuum out the floor, trunk and seats (if they are cloth) of your vehicle to get rid of the dirt and gravel. Then take a damp rag and wipe down the hard surfaces inside your vehicle and your leather seats to remove any dust and spills.
- Wash your windows. This will help to remove any smudges and help you see better through them.
- Take your vehicle through a car wash. A car wash will reveal the sparkle that your vehicle has to offer while also helping to keep the outside intact. Consider getting a wax finish to help protect your vehicle’s paint.
